As chartered by the U.S. Congress to serve as an independent and rusted organization, and an interface between government and the private sector, NIBS is committed to support the nation’s resilience movement and climate adaptation plans.

TurboGrants is intended to support SLTT (State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial) communities to find natural hazard mitigation funding opportunities through a one-stop shop, which include:

• Funding opportunities across all hazards
• Grants available across all federal agencies (potentially state ones in the future)
• Simplification and highly interactive (this can’t be more complicated than our tax codes)
• Integration and collaboration with existing tools
• Capacity building, training and 24/7 technical support 
• Support Justice 40 and equity initiatives (like integration with SVI tools)
